The conical dripper we designed has a bottom of 18 mm diameter. It’s made in consideration of the time in coffee brewing. Specifically the part of smooth firmly immersed in between water and coffee powder.
The most important thing in developing a dripper is how to make the air flow through the dripper. The dripper we design has a special fan shape to make sure air flow can spread out radically under the soaked filter, but also made the dripper to perfectly fit with our paper filter just for the visual perfection. The server uses domestically produced high-quality heat-resistant glass and has a simple but easy-to-read scale. In order to make that happen, we found the professional of porcelain making team in Arita ware from Saga prefecture to make the final product.
The coffee server with a simple design uses domestic heat-resistant glass. The server, which uses high quality domestic heat-resistant glass, has a simple but easy-to-read scale.
The filter paper has “Two-Side Crepe”. Though another normal paper has crepe on one-side only the paper keeps Two-Side Crepe by our original paper-making technology (Air-through dry).
