スキレットは約350gと、まず持ったときの軽さに驚きます。
 


Makoto Nakata is a ceramist inspired by the landscape and creates various works based in Yamashina, Kyoto, using his unique technique. For mountaineering and camping, which is his hobby, he has created a series of tools he really wanted to have by ceramics. By leaving a layer of air inside by baking at a low temperature, it is finished as an excellent tool for keeping warm and cold. TOUGU(陶具) series is a tool that can be used all year round regardless of the seasons. You can use it at home, but please use it outdoors, too, with your favorite garage brand gear. 

中田誠さんは、風景にインスピレーションを得て、独自の技法で多彩な作品を京都山科を拠点に生み出していらっしゃる陶芸家です。ご自身の趣味でもある登山やキャンプで、実際にこんな道具があれば良いと感じた陶器の道具を、陶具シリーズとして制作されています。低い温度で焼き内側に空気の層を残すことで、保温、保冷に優れた道具として仕上がりになっています。陶具シリーズは四季を問わずに一年中使えるツール(道具)です。ご自宅でもお使いいただけますが、お好みのガレージブランドのギアと合わせて、屋外でも是非お使いください。 


TOUGU series  | 『陶具』シリーズ 
He is developing a wide range of shapes by using the soil of clay pots. Such as Dutch ovens, Oven pots, and the pot. The Dutch oven can also cook Acqua pazza and rice, and the small pot is suitable for oil dishes such as Ahijo and oven dishes. The pot can also be used as a coffee server, so if you place a dripper and drop the coffee, you can heat it over an open flame even if it cools. In the skillet of the "TOUGU(陶具)" series, which can be cooked using heat-resistant clay over an open flame, heat is transmitted slowly inside due to the far-infrared effect unique to pottery. It can also be used as a container, making the dining table even more gorgeous. The more you use it, the more oil will become familiar with it, and the more you will love it... Please use Makoto Nakata's playful and thoughtful pottery until it becomes a tasteful tool.

土鍋の土を使い、ダッチオーブンや片手鍋、ティーポットなど幅広い形を展開しています。ダッチオーブンはアクアパッツアやお米も炊けて、小鍋や片手鍋はアヒージョなどのオイル料理やオーブン料理にも合います。ポットはコーヒーサーバーにもなるので、ドリッパーを置いてコーヒーを落とせば、冷めても直火で温めることができます。耐熱粘土を使い直火にかけて調理ができる「陶具」シリーズのスキレットは陶器独特の遠赤外線効果により、じっくりと内側まで火が入ります。また器としてもそのまま使え、食卓が一層華やかなものになります。使い込むほどに油が馴染み愛着の湧く道具に。。。中田誠さんの遊び心や想いのこもった陶具で、味のある道具になるまで使い込んでください。

Born in Kobe in 1977. 
Graduated from the Department of Ceramics, Faculty of Art and Design, Kyoto Seika University. 
Currently making pottery at Yamashina, Kyoto. 
中田誠(陶工芸師) 
1977年 神戸生まれ。 
京都精華大学 造形学部陶芸学科卒。 
現在京都山科にて作陶中。
